Use of the satu918 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
satu918 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by satu918 will result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on satu918. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where satu918 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but one account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts, and restrict future withdrawals pending investigation.

You must not share your password with any third party. satu918 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify satu918 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account.
All information provided during registration and during any subsequent KYC process must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information — including, but not limited to, a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
satu918 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency channels. Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction within the satu918 Wallet interface.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been used by the Member to make a prior deposit ("source of funds" requirement). satu918 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Member. Where a prior deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal (e.g., a prepaid card), satu918 may at its discretion process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method after KYC confirmation.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Verified Members can expect withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to the Member's bank's processing schedules. satu918 reserves the right to impose additional security checks on withdrawal requests of a higher value or on accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns.
Deposited funds may not be withdrawn unless a minimum of one (1) bet has been placed using the deposited amount, to satisfy anti-money-laundering compliance requirements.
satu918 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated in the relevant promotion description, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from Bonus Funds.
In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Member unless otherwise stated. Systematic abuse of bonuses — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging across casino games using Bonus Funds — is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as the suspension of the Member's Account.
satu918 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect bonuses already accepted by Members prior to the effective date of such withdrawal or amendment.
All bets placed on the satu918 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, and lottery). Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the satu918 system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Member. satu918 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors; settlement based on incorrect or incomplete data; evidence of fraudulent or manipulated outcomes; or technical errors that materially affect the fairness of the bet.
Void bets will be refunded in full to the Member's satu918 Wallet. satu918's decision in respect of bet settlement is final, subject to any formal dispute process set out in these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the satu918 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and investigation:
Where satu918 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the Account; withhold and forfeit any balance; recover amounts already paid out; and report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, game interfaces, and design elements available on the satu918 Platform are the intellectual property of satu918 or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content from the satu918 Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of satu918.
Game content provided by third-party studios (including but not limited to Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, and SA Gaming) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to satu918 for display on the Platform. Your right to access and play these games is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence that terminates immediately upon Account closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, satu918 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the satu918 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if satu918 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
satu918's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit satu918's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
satu918 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on satu918, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy details the legal bases for processing, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and the categories of third parties with whom personal data may be shared.

Your continued use of the satu918 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may close your Account and withdraw your remaining balance prior to the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under satu918's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the satu918 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through satu918's internal complaints procedure, accessible via the customer support live chat.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by the Licensing Authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to any rights of appeal available under the Licensing Authority's framework.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate harm.
